Reimburse for Costs, Fines
If a healthcare facility fails to report in a prescribed format, West Virginia Registry personnel may enter the facilty, shall access the information and report in the appropriate format. In theses cases the bureau of Public Health shall assess a fee. The fee shall be based on the fair market value of the service and shall be paid within sixty days of assessment of the fee.
