Cancer Reporting Requirements

3-6 months from diagnosis

The law states facilities must report in 6 months, but there is no penalty for non-compliance. In reality 9 to 12 months is more realistic.

Less than every 3 months

The overwhelming majority of facilities report on a monthly basis. Some smaller hospitals (<50 cases per year) report quarterly.
