Yes - Several Minnesota statutes, taken together, require physicians to report cancer information to the MCRS and impose a sanction for physicians who do not report. (M.S. 144.68, subdivisions 1 and 2; M.R. 4606.3303, Subpart 4; and M.S. 147.091, Subdivision 1(o)).
