Registry Materials:
- Registry Profile Instructions: This document provides guidance on how to edit your registry profile. Information captured in the registry profile directly contributes to the VPR-CLS workflow and should be reviewed and updated at least annually.
- Phase II Guidance Document: Instructions on how to use the VPR-CLS to navigate the Phase II process of reviewing requests for individual-level data on the matched cases from Phase I and providing information on the status of the request.
- Exporting Registry Data out of Match*Pro*NEW(Sept. 2023)*: Instructions for how to export the Phase I matched cases out of Match*Pro once the registry has received approval to release the individual-level data to the requestor.
