Custom Selection of Data Items

The table below provides users with the ability to select specific data items and store them in a cart.  To place a data item in the cart, check the appropriate box in the “Selected for Export” column.   Once the checkbox is checked, the data item is automatically added to the cart and the number of data items the cart contains is updated.  The number of data items in the cart is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the data view.  The contents of the cart will only be retained if you are logged in (using your MyNAACCR credentials).

To view the contents of the cart, click on the “Checkout” link in the upper right-hand corner.  Once the contents of the cart are displayed, you can do the following:

  • Export the contents:  Use the “Export Results” to export the data items in the cart to PDF, CSV, or XML.  
  • Clear the Cart:  To clear the cart, click the “Clear Cart” button
  • Return to the Main Search:   To return to the main search and add more items to the cart, click the “Return to Search” button.
